Last night I set up a Facebook group for The Plastic Age, I was a little hesitent to at first, I figured if no one joined the group it’d be pretty dismal for my already fragile ego. But, I set up the group last night and so far so good! You can find the group right here – and please, tell your friends to come on over and have a look around.

Also in the news today, Trevor, the artist over at Sawbones had some extremely nice things to say (again!) about TPA. Check out his thoughts on RiverSide right here. I have so much respect for Trev, and Jen (who writes Sawbones) I think their comic is a shining example of Australian comics – both online and print. I definitely rate Sawbones as one of the top online comics we have – If you haven’t peeked at their undead universe before, do yourself a favour and go there now. I don’t really ‘mix’ with a whole bunch of creators, either because of geographical reasons, or because I’m really caustic maybe (?) but Trev and Jen are two people I would love to sit down over several beverages with and talk shop. So when either of them have something nice to say about TPA, it’s like a little affirmation that I’m on the right track. So thanks guys, you both rock.
In closing, I need more cartoonist friends.
